Who we are

Global LEAD (Leadership Equipping and Development) Alliance is a world-wide network of leadership development programs focusing on equipping Christ-like leaders in the church and other spheres of society.These leadership development programs train leaders in character, skill and knowledge, using a contextualized curriculum that is shaped by the core concepts of the alliance. Each program is locally owned and sustained.

What we do

Global LEAD Alliance serves as a catalyst for action for local church groups seeking ways to train their leaders. The Alliance facilitates regional training events to equip those who will initiate local programs. The Alliance also provides models and mentoring to emerging programs and shares teaching resources with other members of the alliance. Alliance members also commit to fast and pray for each other one day per month.
