Who we are
Dr. Leaderwell Pohsngap is the international director of Global LEAD Alliance. He has served in various capacities in India and internationally. Most recently, he was the principal (president) of Union Biblical Seminary in India for nearly 8 years. He has a passion to form character-based leadership training programs and to see leaders developed who have godly family relationships. He and his wife, Rivulet Lyngdoh, have three adult children, two daughters-in-law and one grandson.
Rev. Jon Byler is the International coordinator for Global LEAD Alliance. Prior to 2004, he lived and worked for 13 years in Kenya, where he helped develop the Leadership Training Institute. He has a passion to see leadership training programs developed around the world. He has authored the book 7 Keys to Financial Freedom, The Heart of Christian Leadership, The Art of Christian Leadership and several others. He is married to Loice and they have three children.

Rev. Israel Yenuberi is the regional facilitator for India and resides in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He is one of the founders of the School of Leadership Hyderabad. Before he came to the ministry he was an engineer in a machine tool company. His passion is to develop Christian leaders for God’s Glory. He is married to Ruth and God has blessed them with three children, two daughters and one son. The eldest daughter is married.
Dr. Paul Wartman is currently Senior Pastor of Peace Portal Alliance Church in Surrey, British Columbia. He has served as President of Columbia Bible College; church planter and conference speaker. He serves part time with Global LEAD Alliance. Paul is married to Ruthanne. They have two sons: Mike - an architect in Vancouver; and Jon - married to Yolanda and working as a financial planner.
